Running Lean

I recently read Running Lean by Ash Maurya, a book about applying lean startup methodogies. My friend Tony read it and applies it to his startup fleetio. Here is a super high level summary:

A startup should solve the highest risk problems first, and do the simplest thing possible to eliminate the risks.

1 Document your plan with a lean canvas.

2 Identify the riskiest parts of your plan.

3 Systematically test and validate your plan through customer interactions.
