Lately everyone has been talking about MOSS or Microsoft Office Sharepoint Server. The clever thing is Microsoft gives away WSS (Windows SharePointer Services) for free with Windows Server 2003, but it has limitations. So to overcome those limitations you have to buy MOSS. A few of the compelling features are search and online documents, like Excel Services.
